Lessons from the front lines

Leading your community through a high stakes disaster situation takes knowledge, planning and preparation.   California community managers must be “masters of disasters!” 

Come away from these forums with how to proactively prepare your board and community in the event a disaster strikes.  Guest attorneys will share guidance on gaining your board’s buy-in and how to establish an effective communication plan that protects residents in either evacuation or “stay in place” situations.  These forums provide you with the opportunity to network and share knowledge with colleagues as you work together discussing real (and recent) emergency related situations from the professionals who lived through them.
