effectively. Prepare the paperwork and learn how to handle difficult members
and use parliamentary procedures.

involving member decision making. This includes quorum, Inspector of Election
selection, member-initiated voting/petitions, removal/recall and delegate
voting systems;

appropriately, on decision making responsibilities, including voting methods,
