Advanced Ethics: Leadership & Decision Making

This scenario and case-study based course builds on the content presented in CMM130. Become more confident in dealing with ethical dilemmas faced by community managers on a regular basis. Collaborate with colleagues to determine the best ethical course to follow.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

- Discuss industry ethics and authentic ethical case studies;

- Analyze ethical choices using CACM Framework for Ethical Decision Making;

- Advise others, appropriately, in making ethical choices in the workplace; and

- Debate ethical scenarios using the CACM Professional Code of Ethics to support your position.

Please note:

This is not an introductory course. It is only open to members pursuing their CCAM 

re-certification.


This is an approved DRE-course and is eligible for DRE credit. Please note that this must be noted in your completed registration. Please contact education@cacm.org for further information.
