This scenario and case-study based course builds on the content presented in CMM130. Become more confident in dealing with ethical dilemmas faced by community managers on a regular basis. Collaborate with colleagues to determine the best ethical course to follow.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
-Discuss industry ethics and authentic ethical case studies.
-Analyze ethical choices using CACM Framework for Ethical Decision Making.
-Advise others appropriately in making ethical choices in the workplace.
-Debate ethical scenarios using the CACM Professional Code of Ethics to support your position.
Please note: This is not an introductory course. It is only open to members pursuing their CCAM re-certification. Placement in this Ethics course is tentative pending a review by the education team. In the event that a different Ethics course is more appropriate you will be contacted by the team who will make changes to your registration.
Course Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing via email at registration@cacm.org at least 3 days prior to start date. The registration fee will be credited to the purchaser's account. Course cancellations will not be accepted after the course has transpired and the registrant will need to re-register for their desired course (registration fees apply).
