Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are great tools to minimize conflict and find resolution between associations and homeowners. When should community managers choose one over the other and what are the differences? The forum will define each process and how to successfully use these tools to minimize litigation and legal fees. Examples and anecdotes will be provided as part of the discussion.
