Summary:

FOR CAFM Certifications only. This interactive series is made up of two sessions that include best practices and the laws you must know and apply when managing community associations in California. Upon completion of Sessions 3 & 4, students are required to successfully complete a module exam.

 

Description:

CMM122 FINANCIAL  MANAGEMENT: SESSIONS 3 & 4

Learn about the financial operations of a CID and practice working with balance spreadsheets, revenue and expense statements, variance reports and other financial records. This course will take you through basic accounting principles, required financial disclosures, assessment collection principles, and state reporting requirements.

Who Should Take This Series?

New community managers or accounting personnel

Community managers who want to earn the CCAM or CAFM certification.

Prerequisites: None. At least six months of community management experience is recommended.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs):

This module is required for CAFM certification; courses are not eligible for CEUs for recertification.

Course Length: This series is made up of two, 2 hours sessions.
