In this interactive course, you will delve into the unique management needs, management challenges and important legal considerations of active adult/senior living communities. Learn many best practices of industry professionals while acquiring a toolkit of resources for future use.

- Explain how the demographics of a community influence management decisions and priorities;

 

- Identify health and safety issues associated with aging residents and provide appropriate support to those residents and their families;

- Become familiar with best practices for managing recreational and lifestyle programs creating a caring community culture.
