provides a broad overview of the CID industry and specific requirements to meet
your community's expectations, including: community association definitions and
types; client relations and communications; volunteer roles and operations; governing
document structure; financial management obligations; fair housing guidance;

providers.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Understand how to make
office space, files and computers more efficient and secure.

List key financial
reports and terms required in the daily financial operations of the association.

List the types of
insurance coverage required to protect an association
·
Draw from a list of
skills and techniques to effectively diffuse or resolve conflict or difficult
conversations.

Take steps to run an
effective project, from defining the requirements to final inspection and
payment.

SERIES?

New community managers.
·
Community managers who
want to earn the CCAM or CAFM certification.
PREREQUISITES:

None.
·
At least six months of
community management experience is recommended.

This series is required
for CCAM or CAFM certification; courses are not eligible for CEUs
COURSE LENGTH
This series is made up
of two eight-hour modules and two 30 minute exams.
