Prerequisite: This advanced course should be taken by:
- Managers who have completed CMM 130 (Ethics for Community Managers) OR
- Managers earning their CCAM designation through the Alternative Path
This scenario and case-study based course builds on the
content presented in CMM130. Become more confident in dealing with ethical
dilemmas faced by community managers on a regular basis. Collaborate with
colleagues to determine the best ethical course to follow.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Discuss
industry ethics and authentic ethical case studies;
- Analyze
ethical choices using CACM Framework for Ethical Decision Making;
- Advise
others, appropriately, in making ethical choices in the workplace; and
- Debate
ethical scenarios using the CACM
Professional Code of Ethics to support your position.
