In this mastery-level, case study based course, members apply their years of experience and education to navigate ethical decision-making.

 

LEARNING OUTCOMES

 

- Describe ethical situations to cohorts and direct reports using the CACM Ethical Discussion Guidelines to inform those conversations;

 

- Formulate the best approach to “Gray” ethical areas using the CACM Ethical Discussion Guidelines and CACM Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice;

 

- Demonstrate an appropriate ethical decision-making process when presented with questionable ethical situations; and

 

- Successfully maneuver others through that process by providing consistency in decision making and broaching ethical conversations.

 

Please note:

 

This is not an introductory course.

The prior completion of LDR500 is required.

Completion of this course satisfies the CCAM recertification ethics requirement.
